"Add to Cart" buttons to place the products you
want into our secure on-line shopping basket, and then
enter your credit card information -- we will send you
order confirmation via eMail.

Please note: If you get voice mail, it means that
all our lines are tied up helping other customers -- please
leave us a message, we will call you back as quickly as
we can.
We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we
hope that you will be pleased with your order. Nevertheless,
rest assured that you can return anything except personalized
or edible items for any reason or no reason. We want you

Most orders ship within 4 business days from when the order

The Natural Connection uses UPS Ground for most shipping
within the continental United States (see below for Canada,
Alaska and Hawaii). If you need something sent 2nd day
or overnight, please contact us at 1-805-646-4756
-- we can do that too. Shipping charges for US packages
are calculated automatically in the shopping cart.
Alaska, Hawaii and Canadian
shipments are usually sent UPS standard and the shipping
fee is automatically calculated in the store when you check
out. There will be a $10.00 handling surcharge (charged
separately) in addition to the normal shipping cost for
all Alaska, Hawaii and Canadian shipments. This surcharge
will cover any border taxes or duties so that you will
not be responsible for any additional fees once your package
arrives at your door.
International shipments
are not automatically calculated in the store. Shipping
charges will be added for all International shipments.

Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped
within the state of Delaware. This is due to the fact that
our corporate office is in Delaware. All other states and
countries are tax-exempt.
